Adoption Assessors, Ltd. was founded by Helen Russell, Nadine Furey and Carol Maloney and licensed by the state of Ohio in 2001. Its purpose is to provide professional adoption services to residents of northwest Ohio at affordable prices. The three founders have a combined total of more than sixty years experience with domestic, international and interstate adoption. They are all licensed social workers and certified adoption assessors. Helen, Nadine and Carol have worked with the Lucas County Probate Court and other northwest Ohio probate courts for more than twenty years each. They have earned the respect of many judges, attorneys and adoptive families over the years by providing adoption services in a competent, timely manner with an emphasis on professionalism.
